How do I apply for a TransAction Fleet Card?

Where is the TransAction fleet card accepted?
The TransAction fleet card gives you access to over 900+ fuel stations across Canada. This includes retail gas stations under the Pioneer, Ultramar, and Chevron brands.
Can I use the TransAction card in the U.S.?
No, the TransAction fleet card cannot be used in the U.S. at this time.
Can I apply for a TransAction fleet card for my own personal use (not business)?
Yes, the TransAction fleet card is designed to support both personal and business needs.
How long does it take to get approved for an account and receive my TransAction fleet card(s)?
Completed applications are reviewed within two business days. Once an account is approved, it will take approximately one week to ten business days to receive your fleet card(s) in the mail.
Once approved, how do I manage my account?
You will receive an activation email to login into the Customer Portal. The Customer Portal offers easy-to-use card controls and tools including:
Card Management – set card limits and restrictions, manage secure IDs and prompts, order and cancel cards.
Payment Process – monitor your credit limit, view, print, and pay your invoice.
Reporting - Track fuel consumption and transactions with available reports.
What are the security features?
Every fuel card is password-protected with its own secure ID. You also can set card purchase limits, fuel product restrictions, customize access to specific locations and track spending.
Can I pay invoices online?
Yes, it is fast, easy, and secure. In fact, you can pay multiple invoices at once. You can also see your account balance in real-time, download invoices and see your payment history. To manage and pay invoices, go to your Customer Portal.
What are the reporting features?
In just a few clicks, generate transaction reports to help you analyze and optimize business. Reporting is available 24/7.
Are there any fees associated with applying for the TransAction fleet card?
No, it is free to apply for the TransAction fleet card.
Are there any fees associated with ordering new cards?
No, it is free to order additional cards. All cards are shipped via standard shipping. If you require priority shipping, a fee may apply.
How do I manage my card(s) - for example, order new ones or change card restrictions?
Please log into the Customer Portal to make your desired changes. If you require support, contact our Customer Experience Team.
What if a TransAction fleet card is missing or stolen?
If a card is missing or stolen, please cancel the card immediately on the Customer Portal or by contacting Customer Experience. Note: you can cancel and replace cards anytime on the Customer Portal.
Can I use the TransAction card at the pump and in store?
Yes, the TransAction fleet card is accepted both at the pump and in-store for fuel and automotive product purchases.
Can TransAction fleet card holders participate in Journie Rewards?
Journie Rewards can be earned when paying with the TransAction fleet card. You can redeem the free merchandise, but when it comes to redeeming cent per liter discount rewards, you will have to do so when using a personal payment card. You cannot stack discounts.
